I am a seasoned cook and baker and have enjoyed using a Cuisinart food processor for almost 30 years. I have learned to prepare so many different recipes because of the ease of using a food processor. I bake 4 or 5 loaves of bread every week and make all of the dough in the Cuisinart. I DO NOT use or own a bread machine. All of my bread dough is kneaded in the Cuisinart. It is the best in my opinion.
